Flashes of Hope, Boston

Flashes of Hope- raises money for pediatric cancer research, through the gift of photography. Preparing for these shoots is more of a mental preparation for me than a packing list of equipment and ideas. The first time I scheduled a shoot with the Flashes of Hope organization, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to keep the tears from flowing. Much to my surprise, I kept my emotions in check, while creating portraits and learning from some very strong children and families. To learn more go to: http://www.flashesofhope.org/about/mission
